Blue Cross was established by designig emergency medical equipment and by
proposing a system of disaster relief and outdoor emergency medical care to
municipalities and medical professions. The company continues to engage in
"producing and achieving a dream" based on "creative corporate culture".

With a strategy for prevention of infection, Blue Cross has been producing "a range of
emergency medical equipment" since developing autoclavable "silicone resuscitators".

Blue Cross will pursue the goal tobe aleading company with the basic principles of

1982Started planning and sales of medical materials for disasters to local governments.

1985BLUE CROSS Emergency Co., Ltd. was founded as a sales company
Started development and production of autoclavable Silicone Manual Resuscitators for the first time in Japan.
Started development and production of Foot Suction Pump and Hand Bulb Aspirator.
1987 Started development and production of Oxygen Inhalators Oxygen Masks ＆ Oxygen Cannulas.
1988 Started development and production of Demand Resuscitator for the first time in Japan.

1996 Electric Portable Suction Unit（EP-1500)
1999 Started development and production of Portable Suction Units equipped with long-life brushless DC motors for
the first time in Japan.
2001 Kawagoe factory was built.

2006 ISO 13485 approved.

Blue Cross Emergency Company Ltd
has developed a comprehensive series of
emergency medical equipment, ranging from
equipment for use in hospitals, in the field and
for home health care.
The company is proud to have been
first in Japan to develop a silicone resuscitator
which can be sterilised in an autoclave,
thus considerably reducing the
risk of infection.
